2700 Capitol Park is a Luxury, High- Density complex in downtown Tuscaloosa, AL. The project includes resort-grade amenities, including an elevated saline pool and a state of the art fitness and yoga studio. The project is 4-story wood frame construction over cast in place concrete podium with two levels of parking garage. The building skin is comprised of brick and stucco. Golden’s integrated approach allowed for the design and construction to be completed in twelve months.
