Site Adapting is the process of preparing the pre-existing building or land itself for the delivery of the ‘pieces’ of the building (called “modules”). This includes ensuring adherence to local building codes, designing the site for delivery, and the physical preparation of the site.

Stitching is the process of putting each module together, resulting in connected, functional, finished healthcare facilities. This process includes completing all of the structural steel, drywall, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing connections between each module to complete the building.

The finished products are state-of-the-art medical facilities, considerately designed, efficiently manufactured, and expertly constructed. These include free-standing emergency departments, primary care clinics, and inpatient rehabilitation facilities, built for clients like HCA and Encompass Health.
