Cityville Block 121 is a mixed-used development consisting of 255 apartment units, 22,000 sq. ft. of retail space and a 358-space parking deck. Amenities include a club room, fitness center, swimming pool, and dog walk area. Creature provided extensive preconstruction and value engineering services involving evaluation of several different building and parking schemes, providing the owner with nearly $4 million in savings. A top-chord bearing truss system was utilized to simplify the wood framing. Creature self-performed all of the concrete work including all foundations and walls, elevated post-tensioned podium slab, and concrete topping at parking deck.
