Printers Corner, formerly known to the Downtown Birmingham Community as the “You Are Beautiful” building, was a mixed-use project offering residential shells that the buyer can customize inside and on the rooftop for Birmingham-based development company Orchestra Partners. The building features ground floor retail and custom condominiums with private roof decks and patios with a garden. The entire roof structure required replacement to enable future residents to customize their roof top patios. A laser cut metal screen mimics a hedge at the roof parapet.
